About This Position
JOHN LEE NISSAN SERVICE
John Lee Nissan is expanding our Service BDC team and looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized under pressure, and delivers a positive customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for many of our service customers, helping guide them with clear information and consistent follow-through.
Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries by phone, text, and email -Assist customers with scheduling and general service coordination-Maintain accurate notes and communication in our systems -Support customer follow-up efforts and retention goals -Work collaboratively with the service department to keep customer flow smooth -Participate in regular training and process development-Outbound calls What we're looking for:

Requirements: BDC Representative Requirements:- High school diploma customer or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a service, sales, or telemarketing role.
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the industry’s products and services, with a willingness to undergo continuous training.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a super positive attitude and be " people person "
