About This Position
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior GTM Engineer in United States.
This is a hands-on, technical builder role at the forefront of go-to-market engineering, focused on designing AI-powered systems that streamline revenue operations. You will translate business strategy into automated, scalable workflows that enhance every stage of the customer journey—from developer engagement to enterprise sales. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will architect solutions that remove operational friction, integrate data across systems, and enable measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and has a strong product and technical mindset. This role is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and offers the opportunity to shape the foundation of a growing GTM engineering function.
- Build AI-driven automation systems that support end-to-end GTM processes, including developer sign-up, account research, opportunity management, and customer health monitoring.
- Observe, document, and improve workflows by embedding with sales, marketing, and technical services teams to remove operational friction.
- Ship scalable code and workflows that orchestrate interactions across distributed systems and multiple data sources.
- Collaborate with Security, Data, and Business Systems teams to define data pipelines, ensure integrity, and maintain compliance with security standards.
- Partner with GTM Systems to make informed “build vs. buy” decisions and maximize the impact of revenue technology investments.
- Establish success metrics for all systems, communicate learnings to stakeholders, and iterate rapidly based on performance data.
- Educate and enable GTM teams on AI and automation best practices to scale adoption and efficiency.
- 5+ years in technical revenue operations, GTM engineering, or similar roles with a proven track record of building scalable automation systems.
- Experience in B2B software companies selling to technical buyers, understanding both self-serve and enterprise sales motions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, including advanced knowledge of the data model, DML operations, and system limitations.
- Strong hands-on experience with enrichment platforms, workflow automation, APIs, and integration methods (REST, webhooks, MCP servers).
- Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and data validation.
- Python scripting expertise for custom logic, data manipulation, and automation.
- Familiarity with product analytics and event data pipelines, connecting behavioral signals to GTM workflows.
- Builder mindset: ability to solve ambiguous problems, iterate quickly, and ship solutions without complete playbooks.
- Preferred: familiarity with workflow orchestration platforms or prior experience with Temporal-like systems.
- Competitive salary range: $140,000 - $175,000, plus eligibility for equity participation.
- Unlimited PTO, 12 standard holidays, 2 floating holidays.
- 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision premiums.
- AD&D, short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance (standard and supplemental).
- Empower 401(k) plan.
- Learning and development funds, professional memberships, lifestyle spending account, WFH meal stipends, home office setup, and internet reimbursement.
- Access to mental wellness resources including Calm app subscription.
- Globally distributed, collaborative work environment with occasional travel for team events.
