We are looking for an Aviation minded individual, who wants to establish or/and grow their career in our FBO team! In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational activities associated with the arrival and departure of VIP aircraft. From ground handling to exceptional customer service, you will be servicing our high-profile customer base.
Annual Salary range from AUD$70k to $80k + Super.

Your Opportunity
We are looking for an Aviation minded individual, who wants to establish or/and grow their career in our FBO team! In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational activities associated with the arrival and departure of VIP aircraft. From ground handling to exceptional customer service, you will be servicing our high-profile customer base.
Annual Salary range from AUD$70k to $80k + Super.
Your Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times to all customers, suppliers and partners
- Ensure at all times the FBO facility is clean and well maintained to an exceptional standard
- Working with external suppliers (e.g. fuel and catering) to ensure efficient delivery of services to meet customer expectations within agreed budget
- Communicate effectively with customers (e.g. aircraft owner, VIP passengers and crew), internally with other JA departments
- Provide training to other FBO staff as required
- Identify other business opportunities for Jet Aviation in Aircraft Sales, MRO, Maintenance Control, Spares & Logistics, etc
Administration & Operations:
- Ensure compliance with WHS&E policies and procedures and any other regulatory requirements (e.g. Local Airport Authority safety and security policies)
- Comply with FBO Operations Manual in all respects of the operation - suggest improvements to FBO Manager and National Training Coordinator where possible
- Ensure 3rd party services are booked and arranged well in advance of the movement
- Carry out movements promptly and efficiently to a high level of satisfaction for the crew and passengers
- Provide full operational support for all types of aircraft which includes marshalling, baggage handling, waste removal, water and toilet services using JA supplied equipment where applicable, towing, stair, conveyor belts, etc. as directed by the Senior FBO Manager.
- Ensure all Movements are recorded in FBO One immediately the request is received. Ensure all staff process all movements and activities in FBO One as the activity is performed
- Use other FBO systems as and when required such as CRM, Aircraft database, time registration, VIC system, etc.
- Manage staff roster for cost efficient service delivery
- Achieve agreed financial targets and service standards as defined for the local FBO operation
What will Help you to Succeed
- High level of flexibility and ability to cover a 24/7 operation in an unsupervised environment.
- Be proactive working in a team environment along with shift work as per our roster system including part of the weekend.
- Experience working in a customer focus environment delivering multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management.
- Proactive in supporting the needs of customers being able to prioritise and meet critical customer and company deadlines.
- An understanding of general aviation and corporate aviation or previous FBO handling experience will be very advantageous but not essential.
- Hold a current ASIC card or have the ability to obtain an ASIC Card.
- Well Presented - you are the the face of Jet Avaition on the ground
