Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience, reliability, and ability to work independently)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

The Cary Company is hiring a Production Worker to join our Pittsburgh operation. We’re looking for someone dependable, safety‑focused, and ready to contribute to a positive, hard‑working team. This is a hands‑on role with steady hours, strong benefits, and opportunities to grow.

• Handling plastic containers, recycling materials, and industrial drums
• Palletizing product and moving materials safely and efficiently
• Using basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, etc.)
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Following standard work and safety procedures—no shortcuts
• Communicating clearly with supervisors and teammates

• Shows up on time, every day, ready to work
• Follows safety rules and procedures consistently
• Takes ownership of their work and equipment
• Communicates issues early and helps solve problems
• Contributes to a respectful, team‑oriented work environment

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and take feedback to improve
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Team‑focused attitude with good communication skills
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
