Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee technical laboratory operations to meet organizational, business, and customer goals
• Collaborate with system leaders to ensure consistent standards, quality, and performance
• Coach and manage laboratory leadership to support effective daily operations and employee engagement
• Develop and manage staffing plans, scheduling, training, and performance management
• Drive quality assurance, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance (CLIA and accreditation readiness)
• Support budgeting, safety initiatives, and cross-functional projects while maintaining technical expertise

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree with current ASCP certification required
• 5-7 years of Laboratory experience in Chemistry and/or Hematology; BTS experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership in lab operations, compliance, safety, budgeting, and inspections
• Strong ability to lead under pressure and resolve conflict
• Excellent communication, people management, and team-building skills
• Independent decision-maker with strong analytical judgment
