The Manufacturing Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to production and warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting daily manufacturing activities, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

• Perform clerical support in a manufacturing/production environment
  
• Enter and maintain accurate production, inventory, and shipping data
  
• Prepare, review, and organize manufacturing documents and reports
  
• Support production supervisors with daily paperwork and administrative tasks
  
• Communicate with production, warehouse, and quality teams as needed
  
• Maintain organized physical and electronic files
  
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies

• High school diploma or GED required
  
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  
• Strong data entry and basic computer skills (Excel, email, internal systems)
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow procedures

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift
  
• Ability to work in a manufacturing facility environment
  
• Must be able to wear required PPE as applicable
  

• $17.50 per hour
