CESO is restructuring to create a dynamic Regional BU by combining our Local BU and Residential BU. With this change, we are seeking internal candidates with an interest in managing a team which works on varying project types in the Nashville market. We are looking for a Civil Team Lead who is ready to leverage their advanced engineering expertise and leadership experience to oversee the design and preparation of engineering construction documentation, specifications, and details for varying project types within their assigned region. This individual will be responsible for mentoring and supporting team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration, while also reviewing and approving engineering deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and consistency. The pay band shown reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for this position at CESO. Actual pay is

determined by several factors, including location, experience, education, skills, and internal equity. Our pay

structures are benchmarked against industry and market data to stay competitive. Each offer is based on a full review

of a candidates background, qualifications, and fit for the role.

Below are the typical new hire pay ranges for this position based on location:

Brentwood, TN: $95,442 - $120,893
