Job Title: Collision Center Estimator
Department: Collision Center / Body Shop
Location: Amarillo, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Position Overview:
As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Drury Moss Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident conditions while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Estimator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and provide accurate damage estimates using estimating software (CCC)
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and repair technicians throughout the repair process
- Review and update estimates as needed to reflect supplemental damage found during repair
- Maintain up-to-date repair files and documentation
- Coordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure repair timelines are met
- Ensure all repairs follow OEM guidelines and industry best practices
- Help resolve customer concerns or disputes in a timely and professional manner

- Minimum 2 years of experience in collision estimating or similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and insurance repair guidelines
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- I-CAR certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
