Sapulpa Nursing Center - Dietary / Housekeeping at Sapulpa Nursing Center – Sapulpa, Oklahoma

Dietary Duties:

• Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and meal service
  
• Deliver meals to residents according to diet orders and preferences
  
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals
  
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines
  
• Assist with special events, snacks, and hydration programs
  
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage areas, and equipment
  

Housekeeping Duties:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
  
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
  
• Replenish supplies such as paper products, soap, and linens
  
• Perform routine cleaning duties including mopping, sweeping, dusting, and disinfecting
  
• Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times
  
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

• High school diploma or GED preferred
  
• Previous experience in dietary, housekeeping, or healthcare environment preferred (but not required)
  
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail
  
• Ability to maintain resident confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
  
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push carts as needed
