Job Description
- Teach private and group lessons to players of all ages and skill levels (from first-timers to future stars)
- Lead and support pickleball clinics each week
- Help coach our growing pickleball program of 125+ eager players
- Organize match play opportunities and social events
- Offer top-tier advice on padels and equipment
- When needed, assist with junior tennis programs in the afternoons
- Support the Director with club events, socials and tournament play
- Be a visible, positive presence on and around the courts — you’re the face of pickleball at acac!
What we're looking for:
- Prior experience teaching pickleball lessons/clinics is a must
- Bonus points for certification (or interest in earning it!)
- Comfortable working with everyone from juniors through adults
- Passion for helping people love the game and grow their skills
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- 18 years or older and available to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ready to work outdoors — even in that classic tennis weather (warm & humid!)
Physical Requirements:
- Able to actively participate in pickleball drills, games, and full lessons
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for extended periods
- Prepared to lift, bend, and stay on your feet through your shift
