This role is designed for a consultative sales professional who excels at growing revenue within an existing customer base. You will focus on identifying expansion opportunities, building trusted relationships with key decision-makers, and positioning tailored solutions that help clients achieve stronger business outcomes. Operating within a fast-paced SaaS environment, you will partner closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless and value-driven customer experience. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong pipeline management and a disciplined sales approach. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them unlock additional value from an established platform. - Proactively engage existing customers to identify expansion opportunities and introduce additional solutions aligned with their business needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across assigned accounts
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer goals and present tailored value-based solutions
- Manage a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and experience
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly demonstrate product value and business impact
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions
- Gather customer insights to inform product development, messaging, and go-to-market strategy improvements
Requirements:
- 1+ years of consultative B2B sales experience, preferably within SaaS or technology environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
- Proven ability to manage quota-bearing sales responsibilities with a results-driven mindset
- Experience using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build trust and credibility through virtual and in-person customer interactions
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing pipeline and forecasting accuracy
- Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
