This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, systems thinking, and AI-driven execution, focused on building scalable demand engines across paid, content, and distribution channels. You will operate as a hands-on growth operator responsible for identifying where attention is shifting and building the systems to capture it. The environment is fast-moving, experimental, and highly AI-augmented, where small teams are expected to produce outsized impact. You will design and execute multi-channel growth strategies while also building AI-enabled workflows that amplify your output. This is a role for someone who can move seamlessly from strategy to execution without handoffs. Your work will directly influence top-of-funnel demand, product adoption, and revenue growth in a highly competitive SaaS market.

Accountabilities

You will own and build scalable demand generation systems across paid media, content, and emerging discovery channels, combining strategy with execution in a highly autonomous environment.

  • Design and execute multi-channel growth strategies across SEO, paid acquisition, YouTube, social, partnerships, and product-led distribution loops
  • Build and optimize AI-powered workflows and agents to automate content production, campaign execution, experimentation, and reporting
  • Identify high-leverage growth opportunities and prioritize focused channel bets based on impact and speed of learning
  • Launch and manage paid campaigns with a strong focus on efficiency, rapid iteration, and ROI optimization
  • Develop and scale content-driven distribution systems that align with evolving search and AI discovery behaviors
  • Collaborate with product and website teams to improve conversion, activation, and downstream revenue performance
  • Build partnerships and co-marketing initiatives to expand reach and accelerate distribution
  • Own performance analytics end-to-end, ensuring visibility into traffic quality, conversion, and revenue impact
Requirements

This role requires a highly autonomous growth operator who blends marketing expertise with technical fluency and AI-first execution.

  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or performance marketing roles
  • Proven ability to operate across both strategy and hands-on execution in lean, high-ownership environments
  • Strong understanding of evolving discovery channels, including SEO in AI search environments (LLMs, conversational search)
  • Experience building or scaling paid acquisition campaigns with strong ROI focus and rapid experimentation cycles
  • Systems-thinking mindset with experience building repeatable, compounding growth loops rather than one-off campaigns
  • High proficiency in leveraging AI tools to scale output, automate workflows, and run advanced marketing experiments
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable growth decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, content, and engineering teams
  • Comfort operating with limited resources and making high-impact prioritization decisions quickly
