This leadership role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, analytics, and strategic execution, supporting a high-growth telemedicine organization focused on expanding access to critical clinical services. You will act as a key strategic partner to senior leadership within a neurology business unit, transforming complex healthcare and operational data into actionable insights that drive performance, efficiency, and patient impact. The role blends analytical depth with operational ownership, including oversight of financial performance, KPI development, and data infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across finance, clinical operations, IT, and business development to ensure alignment and data-driven decision-making. This is a highly visible position where strategy meets execution, with direct influence on both clinical outcomes and business growth. It requires strong analytical leadership, healthcare operational understanding, and the ability to translate data into clear strategic direction.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, using data-driven insights to guide operational improvements, business unit transformation, and growth initiatives.
- Own financial and operational performance for designated service lines, including P&L oversight, forecasting, and strategic investment planning.
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics frameworks, KPI dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure data integrity and actionable business intelligence.
- Lead optimization of clinical and operational systems, including payroll and compensation structures, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and transparency.
- Partner with finance teams on budgeting, revenue tracking, and monthly business performance reviews to support executive decision-making.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, reporting gaps, and operational inefficiencies to improve accuracy and performance outcomes.
- Collaborate across clinical, business development, and operational teams to enhance scheduling, implementation workflows, and service delivery performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, strategy, analytics, or related roles within a healthcare environment.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, KPI development, and advanced Excel, with experience using visualization and business intelligence tools.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, strategic, and actionable insights for executive audiences.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working with electronic health record systems and healthcare data platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
