  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics frameworks, KPI dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure data integrity and actionable business intelligence.
  • Lead optimization of clinical and operational systems, including payroll and compensation structures, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Partner with finance teams on budgeting, revenue tracking, and monthly business performance reviews to support executive decision-making.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, reporting gaps, and operational inefficiencies to improve accuracy and performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate across clinical, business development, and operational teams to enhance scheduling, implementation workflows, and service delivery performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, strategy, analytics, or related roles within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, KPI development, and advanced Excel, with experience using visualization and business intelligence tools.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, strategic, and actionable insights for executive audiences.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working with electronic health record systems and healthcare data platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Benefits
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Flexible PTO and wellness-focused time off
  • Opportunity to directly impact patient access and healthcare delivery at scale
  • Collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on measurable outcomes
  • Remote work flexibility within the United States
  • Exposure to high-impact healthcare strategy and operational transformation initiatives
  • Culture emphasizing ownership, transparency, and performance.
