Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing activities for facilities, including furnishing from floor to ceiling, equipment, and new ? store opening supplies, with a strong focus on cost control and adherence to project budgets.
• Support new store openings and renovation projects by coordinating purchasing, receiving, maintenance, and quality assurance activities.
• Obtain and evaluate bids for materials and services; place orders, track shipments, and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Create, review, and approve purchase orders in collaboration with management and corporate stakeholders.
• Ensure purchasing and renovation projects meet established deadlines and operational requirements.
• Maintain maintenance task lists and coordinate repairs, utilizing internal resources or external vendors as appropriate.
• Develop and maintain in ? depth product knowledge to ensure consistency, quality standards, and correct specifications across all locations.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in a hospitality purchasing role (candidates without hospitality experience will not be considered).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Results ? oriented professional who uses experience and sound judgment to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks.
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills with strong business acumen.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and above ? average computer skills.
• Proven experience in purchasing and vendor coordination.
