About the Role

Lead the development of high-performing creative designs for paid social environments. This role is responsible for concepting, producing, and evolving creative systems that drive engagement and conversion—while staying true to the brand’s visual and narrative standards. You will work in close partnership with the Creative Director to ensure all output reflects the brand, but is built for how people actually consume content in-feed.

What You’ll Do
  • Creative Concepting & Direction
    • Develop and lead concepts specifically designed for paid social (hook-first, scroll-stopping, narrative-driven)
    • Translate brand guidelines into formats that work in fast, high-volume environments
    • Create frameworks for repeatable, high-performing creative concepts
  • UGC & Content Ecosystem
    • Define and direct UGC strategy (casting, scripting, tone, structure)
    • Oversee production of creator-led, lo-fi, and native content formats
    • Build a scalable system for sourcing, briefing, and refining creators
  • Creative Production
    • Lead briefing and direction for internal designers, editors, and external partners
    • Ensure high volume of creative output without sacrificing quality or brand integrity
    • Balance lo-fi (UGC) and high-production brand assets within one cohesive system
  • Iteration & Creative Evolution
    • Use performance insights (provided by growth team) to guide creative iteration
    • Identify patterns in winning creative and evolve them into scalable formats
    • Continuously refresh concepts to combat creative fatigue
  • Brand Alignment
    • Partner closely with Creative Director to maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity
    • Ensure performance creative feels like an extension of the brand—not a separate system
    • Push the brand into new, culturally relevant territories through social-first storytelling
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong background in creative direction for digital/social-first brands
  • Deep understanding of what makes content work in-feed (hooks, pacing,
  • authenticity)
  • Experience directing both UGC-style content and polished brand creative
  • Proven ability to produce high-volume creative without losing taste level
  • Strong eye for storytelling, casting, and editing rhythms
  • Strong understanding and proven use of editing software and tools including Adobe Premiere
