Maintenance Groundskeeper/Painter in Chanute, Kansas at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for maintaining hospital grounds and performing painting and surface maintenance throughout the facility. Ensures lawns, landscaping, parking areas, signage, walls, ceilings, furniture, and equipment are maintained in a healthy, safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing condition. Apply preparatory materials, paints, stains, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces while assisting with general maintenance duties as needed.

Performs other duties as requested or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.

LICENSE / CERTIFICATION / REGISTRATION:

• Current valid Driver’s License with no restrictions on driving.

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous grounds, maintenance, and painting experience preferred but not required
