• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of advanced Conversational AI solutions for enterprise clients
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from proof of concept to full-scale deployment, ensuring performance and scalability
• Provide expert-level technical guidance, solving complex challenges with innovative and efficient solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and enhance product strategies
• Deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and best practices to empower customers and partners
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
• Align technical architectures with business goals to maximize customer value and outcomes

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software environments
• Strong programming expertise in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js, along with experience working with APIs and SDKs
• Proven experience with cloud-based platforms and scalable system architectures
• Ability to design and implement complex, high-performance technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle advanced technical challenges independently
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as German are a plus)
• Experience delivering customer-facing solutions and aligning technical outcomes with business objectives
