You will lead the development of secure, high-performance systems that enable seamless EHR integration and support large-scale ECG analysis services across regulated environments. The position requires close collaboration with product, UX, QA, and regulatory teams to align priorities and deliver impactful features on time. - Lead full-stack engineering strategy and architecture across front-end, back-end, data, and integration systems supporting critical healthcare applications.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing software engineering team, focusing on technical excellence, engagement, and career development.
- Partner with product and UX teams to define product vision, roadmap priorities, and feature development aligned with business and clinical needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, regulatory, project management, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
- Drive delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant software solutions within a regulated medical device environment.
- Oversee production deployment planning, incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- Continuously improve engineering processes, development methodologies, and tooling to increase efficiency and product quality.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in engineering management or leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading teams delivering production-critical, scalable software systems.
- Strong technical background in full-stack development, including Angular, Java, AWS, Spring, Hibernate, and MySQL.
- Experience working in regulated environments, ideally within healthcare or medical device industries.
- Familiarity with system integrations such as HL7 is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Competitive annual salary range of $166,000 to $216,000 USD, based on experience and location.
