We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Autonomous Vehicle Test Drivers—an opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate vehicles for 4–8 hours daily
• Perform basic software and system operations
• Conduct vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance checks
• Ensure vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Document performance metrics and provide feedback to engineering teams
• Support logistics, vehicle movement, and daily operations
• Represent the company professionally as a brand ambassador

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Clean driving record and responsible driving habits
• Ability to drive for extended periods (6+ hours/day)
• Basic technical skills and troubleshooting ability
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

Bonus Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical experience
• Military background

Schedule Options
Day Shift: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
Night Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM

Available schedules include:

• Thursday–Monday
• Wednesday–Sunday
• Friday–Tuesday
• Saturday–Wednesday

Bonus Pay Opportunities

• +5% hourly for weekend shifts
• +2–5% additional for night shifts
• Up to 10% total bonus on weekend night shifts

Paid Training

• 2–4 days in Las Vegas, NV or San Francisco, CA
• Flights and accommodations fully covered
