Position OverviewThe Warehouse Associate supports day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring materials and products are accurately received, stored, and shipped. This role is critical to efficient order fulfillment, operational reliability, and on-time customer delivery.
Shift Schedule:
• 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM
• Consistent M-F weekday hours
• Ideal for candidates seeking evenings instead of early mornings
Primary Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock, including unloading, inspection, and documentation
- Store materials in designated locations, maintaining organization and accessibility
- Pick, pack, wrap, label, and prepare customer orders according to shipping schedules
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Perform inventory controls, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with warehouse practices, methods, and safety standards.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems, databases, or inventory software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
- Valid forklift license or ability to obtain certification within designated timeframe.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Lean or 5S practices for warehouse organization and efficiency.
- Knowledge of ERP or advanced warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Experience with international shipping and customs documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
