Job Description

Vice President, Salesforce Product Management

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Vice President, Salesforce Product Management in the United States.

This is a high-impact executive product leadership role responsible for defining and scaling the vision of a category-defining Salesforce-native platform used by some of the world’s most critical enterprises. You will shape the strategy and roadmap for a DevSecOps, data, and security ecosystem that enables organizations to ship faster, recover from failures instantly, and operate with enterprise-grade governance. Working closely with engineering, go-to-market teams, and executive leadership, you will lead the evolution of products spanning DevOps, AI-assisted development, backup and recovery, and security automation. This role combines long-term strategic thinking with hands-on product execution and deep customer engagement. You will lead and grow a world-class product organization while influencing how global Salesforce ecosystems evolve. The environment is fast-moving, highly technical, and deeply customer-obsessed, with significant opportunity to define an entire market category.

Accountabilities
  • Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy, anticipating the evolution of Salesforce, AI-driven enterprise systems, and DevSecOps ecosystems.
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing product management organization across DevOps, data management, and security domains.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design through development, launch, and continuous iteration of enterprise-grade capabilities.
  • Engage deeply with customers across technical and executive roles to understand operational challenges and translate them into impactful product solutions.
  • Drive innovation in areas such as AI-assisted development workflows, Git-based version control, backup and recovery, and zero-trust security models.
  • Ensure product alignment with Salesforce platform evolution, turning ecosystem changes into strategic opportunities.
  • Partner closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and ecosystem partners to drive adoption, market leadership, and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading and scaling product teams in enterprise software environments.
  • Strong background in Salesforce ecosystems, with deep understanding of metadata-driven architecture and platform constraints.
  • Proven track record of building and shipping DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security-related enterprise products.
  • Ability to define long-term product vision while also driving execution of near-term releases and priorities.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with experience engaging customers, executives, analysts, and board-level stakeholders.
  • Experience working in complex, regulated enterprise environments with strong security and compliance requirements.
  • Technical fluency in modern development workflows such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure is highly valued.
  • Ability to attract, develop, and retain top product talent in high-growth, competitive environments.
Benefits
  • Executive-level compensation package with performance-based incentives
  • Remote-first flexibility across the United States, with optional on-site collaboration
  • Opportunity to shape a category-defining enterprise platform at massive scale
  • High-impact leadership role with direct influence on product and company strategy
  • Equity participation in a fast-growing, venture-backed organization
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Strong emphasis on professional growth, leadership development, and team building
  • High-autonomy environment with direct access to executive leadership and customers
