Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Integrated Campaign Producer in United States.
This role sits at the core of a fast-moving, high-growth marketing organization focused on building impactful, cross-functional campaigns across multiple product verticals. You will act as the operational backbone connecting Brand, Marketing, and business unit teams, ensuring clarity, structure, and momentum across complex campaign initiatives. The position is designed for a systems-oriented operator who thrives in ambiguity and excels at creating scalable processes where none previously existed. You will enable teams to focus on strategy and creativity by owning the structure, workflows, and operational readiness of major campaigns. Acting as a central coordination point, you will bring consistency and efficiency to campaign execution at scale. The environment is highly collaborative, experimental, and driven by continuous improvement, with strong emphasis on modern tooling and AI-enabled workflows.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, repeatable processes for Tier 1 campaigns across multiple verticals, ensuring consistency while preserving flexibility for team-specific needs.
- Partner early with cross-functional stakeholders to define timelines, briefing standards, dependencies, and governance frameworks that set campaigns up for success.
- Serve as the end-to-end project manager for Brand-led campaigns, overseeing planning, creative production, execution, launch, and retrospectives.
- Act as the operational hub across Marketing, Brand, and Vertical teams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and seamless execution handoffs.
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and implement process enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce operational friction.
- Manage external creative partners when needed and support resource planning and procurement decisions for campaign execution.
- Facilitate retrospectives and translate insights into actionable improvements for future campaign cycles.
- Drive integration of tools and systems, including AI-enabled solutions, to enhance marketing operations and project management effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or strategic operations roles within complex, cross-functional environments.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
- Strong experience building and scaling operational processes in ambiguous or evolving environments without predefined frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in fast-paced and dynamic settings.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Experience working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities with frequent context switching.
- Familiarity with creative production workflows and tools such as Asana and Figma is a strong advantage.
- Enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies, with a proactive approach to improving workflows through experimentation.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range between 119,000 and 140,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for annual bonus up to 10 percent based on company performance.
- Equity through common share options with a vesting schedule.
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage with a no-monthly-cost medical plan.
- Paid parental leave including 13 weeks for birthing parents and 5 weeks for non-birthing parents.
- 401k plan with employer matching contributions.
- Flexible time-off package including PTO, STO, VTO, and paid holidays.
- Annual “Get Out, Get Active” funds and outdoor industry perks.
- Opportunities for distributed work with access to regional hubs and collaborative in-person gatherings.
