  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including FAR/DFARS, import/export controls, and internal corporate policies.
  • Manage subcontract modifications, invoice approvals, and supplier payment processes while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement tools to drive supplier performance and operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years, or Master’s degree with 1+ year of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of procurement principles, policies, and government contracting regulations, including FAR and DFARS.
  • Experience managing complex supplier relationships, sourcing activities, and subcontract execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams and senior leadership levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Preferred experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments, including familiarity with SAP systems and ITAR regulations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from $85,600 to $128,400 annually.
  • Eligibility for overtime pay, shift differentials, and discretionary performance bonuses.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage.
