Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred)
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with:
Time studies / work measurement
Process improvement and cycle time reduction
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and finance
Willingness to spend 30–50% of time on the production floor
Nice to Have:
Experience with cost analysis or process costing
Minitab or similar statistical analysis tools
Background in multi-step or complex manufacturing environments
Conduct time studies across multiple stages of the manufacturing process
Analyze workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time
Translate process data into cost inputs and partner with finance on cost modeling
Evaluate full production flow across multiple work centers—not just individual steps
Identify and support improvements in scrap handling and material recovery
Work directly on the production floor to observe, measure, and optimize operations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact cost and performance
