Description: HTI is hiring for an Industrial Engineer to support a leading global manufacturer specializing in advanced electronic components used in aerospace, medical, and high-performance industrial applications. What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred)

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Time studies / work measurement

  • Process improvement and cycle time reduction

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and finance

• Willingness to spend 30–50% of time on the production floor

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cost analysis or process costing

• Minitab or similar statistical analysis tools

• Background in multi-step or complex manufacturing environments

What Your Role Will Look Like

• Conduct time studies across multiple stages of the manufacturing process

• Analyze workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time

• Translate process data into cost inputs and partner with finance on cost modeling

• Evaluate full production flow across multiple work centers—not just individual steps

• Identify and support improvements in scrap handling and material recovery

• Work directly on the production floor to observe, measure, and optimize operations

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact cost and performance
