Job Title: Territory Representative

Pay Range: $52,000 - $64,480/yr

Type: Exempt

Pay Grade: 8

Department: Recruitment

Work Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Work Modality: On-site with occasional

remote work

Reports to: Mobile Recruitment Manager

Job Summary: The Territory Representative leads CCBC’s donor recruitment and community engagement efforts across the assigned region of our service area by building and nurturing partnerships with educational institutions, businesses, churches, civic and community organizations to increase awareness and participation in blood donation through the sponsorship of blood drives. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing blood drives within a defined territory to reach assigned blood collection goals.

Essential Responsibilities

· Responsible for identifying, creating, and/or strengthening partnerships with educational institutions, businesses, churches, civic and community organizations in assigned territory to expand awareness of and participation in blood donation

· Plans, organizes, and executes blood drives within assigned territory, ensuring effective coordination with host sites and internal teams

· Responsible for achieving blood collection goals for individual mobile blood drives while adhering to efficiency metrics regarding projection accuracy

· Supports the implementation of all marketing and recruitment efforts designed to increase first time volunteer blood donors, current blood donors, and/or re-engage lapsed blood donors

· Utilizes recruitment and marketing strategies to drive participation in blood drives

· Delivers presentations and educational sessions on blood donation to diverse audiences to engage organizations to sponsor and host blood drives

· Maintains accurate records of outreach activities, partnerships, and drive performance; prepares reports to track progress toward goals

· Collaborates with internal departments including Donor Services, Contact Center, and Marketing to ensure cohesive donor experiences and successful drive execution

· Represents CCBC at community events, conferences, and public engagements as assigned

· Ensures all outreach efforts reflect CCBC’s mission, values, and strategic objectives

· Adapts to the varying needs of school and community partners, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary

· Demonstrates alignment with and adherence to the company’s core values in all interactions, decisions, and work activities; serves as a role model for fostering a positive, respectful, and ethical workplace culture

Qualifications and Skills

Education/Licenses/Experience

· High school diploma or GED, required

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Education, or a related field is a plus

· Relevant experience in community outreach, donor recruitment, education, public speaking, or a related field may be considered in lieu of formal education

· Must have a valid California driver’s license, and a clean driving history with no major violations in the last five years

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term relationships with schools and community partners

· Public speaking confidence and ability to engage audiences of all ages

· Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills

· Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with CRM or scheduling platforms

· Position requires regular day travel across assigned territory, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed

· Ability to lift up to 20 pounds (materials, displays, etc.)

· Must be mission-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and community-facing role
