Position Outline
Due to the continued growth and expansion of our business, we are seeking qualified candidates for the position of THM (Total House Maintenance) based in our Port Lavaca, Texas.
The THM position will be assigned onsite at client location in Point Comfort, Texas.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment.
- Pick up trash
- Clean ditches
- Pressure wash
- Sweep and shovel
- Operate forklift
- Land scape
- Other various duties to assist operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Most housekeeper jobs in a commercial environment involve demanding physical tasks that require certain physical abilities including but not limited to:
- Able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum weight of approximately 25lbs.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to kneel, bend and crawl.
- Able to squat and crouch.
- Able to work in confined spaces.
- Able to tolerate exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals.
