About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Loss Prevention Agent to join our team within the retail industry. This role plays a critical part in protecting our people, assets, and overall store environment.
As a Loss Prevention Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure store while actively working to prevent theft, reduce shrink, and support operational integrity. You will partner closely with store leadership to identify risks, conduct investigations, and implement effective loss prevention strategies.

- Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain detailed case records
- Act as a visible deterrent while providing professional customer interaction
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in loss prevention or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
