  • Translate technical security capabilities into clear product requirements and business value for stakeholders and customers
  • Partner with GTM teams to support product adoption, pilots, and customer engagement strategies
  • Track and measure product success through key metrics such as adoption rates, recovery performance, and data protection effectiveness

  • Ensure alignment between product development and cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise security standards
  • Continuously refine product direction based on market trends, customer feedback, and evolving threat landscapes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise B2B SaaS or platform products
  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or cyber resilience domains
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including storage, IAM, and distributed systems
  • Experience delivering AI/ML-powered products such as classification, anomaly detection, or automation features
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in complex, technical, and highly regulated environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, security, and data teams in high-scale environments
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and enterprise security requirements is highly preferred
  • MBA or advanced technical degree, as well as prior experience in security architecture or data engineering, is a plus

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation with base salary ranging approximately from $168,300 to $296,700 USD depending on experience and location
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonus and employee stock purchase plan
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Retirement savings plan with employer match
  • Generous paid time off and inclusive global benefits package
  • Remote-first flexibility with collaborative, cross-functional team culture
  • Professional development opportunities, training programs, and career growth pathways
  • Exposure to large-scale cloud security and AI-driven product innovation
  • Inclusive workplace culture with employee community groups and engagement initiatives
