This senior product leadership role focuses on shaping and delivering next-generation cyber resilience and data security capabilities across large-scale cloud environments. You will define and drive the product vision for security, privacy, and data protection features embedded in a highly distributed SaaS platform. The role operates at the intersection of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven intelligence, with a strong emphasis on enabling secure, compliant, and resilient systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering, security, AI/ML, and go-to-market teams to translate complex technical challenges into scalable product solutions. A key part of the role involves guiding the evolution of AI-powered security and automation features that improve data visibility, governance, and recovery. This is a high-impact position requiring strong technical depth, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security, cyber resilience, and data protection capabilities
- Lead discovery efforts to understand customer needs around data risk, recovery, compliance, and security at scale
- Define and prioritize features across AI-driven classification, automated recovery, and data governance workflows
- Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to deliver scalable, cloud-native security and resilience solutions
- Translate technical security capabilities into clear product requirements and business value for stakeholders and customers
- Partner with GTM teams to support product adoption, pilots, and customer engagement strategies
- Track and measure product success through key metrics such as adoption rates, recovery performance, and data protection effectiveness
- Act as a key product spokesperson, presenting strategy and roadmap to internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between product development and cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise security standards
- Continuously refine product direction based on market trends, customer feedback, and evolving threat landscapes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise B2B SaaS or platform products
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or cyber resilience domains
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including storage, IAM, and distributed systems
- Experience delivering AI/ML-powered products such as classification, anomaly detection, or automation features
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in complex, technical, and highly regulated environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact
- Experience collaborating with engineering, security, and data teams in high-scale environments
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and enterprise security requirements is highly preferred
- MBA or advanced technical degree, as well as prior experience in security architecture or data engineering, is a plus
