Position Summary

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing, timely fulfillment, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role acts as a key liaison between sales, production, logistics, and customers, supporting Sobel Westex’s commitment to high-quality service in the hospitality and textile industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment and delivery
• Review orders for accuracy, pricing, product availability, and shipping details
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely order execution
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to internal teams and customers
• Resolve order discrepancies, including pricing, inventory shortages, and shipping errors
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., order entry, tracking, invoicing)
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure efficient shipping and delivery
• Support inventory management by communicating demand trends and stock concerns
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and customer claims in a timely manner
