Field Construction Specialist Master Craftsmanship and Site Leadership for Luxury Homes
Job Overview:

Salary/Pay Rate: $55,688 per year (Base Salary) plus Performance and Project Bonuses.
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite).
Job/Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried.
Schedule: Monday Friday (Hours vary seasonally; Saturday may be required to maintain schedule; No Sundays).
Project Scope: High-End Residential Custom Homes and Luxury Remodels.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.
As a Field Construction Specialist, you are the hands-on expert who ensures every DLB project meets our "extraordinary" standard. You will bridge the gap between high-level project management and on-site execution, self-performing critical master-level tasks while mentoring the broader field team. This is a role for a craftsman who takes pride in site organization, technical precision, and the art of the finishing touch.
How You Will Make an ImpactExecute self-performed tasks including millwork installation, trim carpentry, and door hardware to meet elite quality standards.
Maintain an immaculate and organized job site, overseeing construction fencing, material storage, and site cleanliness to reflect our brand.
Lead site logistics by receiving and logging high-value finish materials like appliances and lighting to ensure perfect inventory control.
Document daily construction progress, call logs, and quality checklists using BuilderTrend and Adobe Acrobat.
Facilitate on-site meetings and orientations (Pre-Drywall, Safety, and Pre-Settlement) to establish realistic client expectations.
Resolve warranty and service requests by managing the flow of correspondence and self-performing repairs to ensure total client satisfaction.
Implement LEAN construction ideologies to reduce inefficiencies and refine processes throughout the project life-cycle.
Extensive hands-on experience in Rough and Trim Carpentry.
Proficiency in a wide range of trades including Drywall, Painting/Staining, and Grouting.
Experience with the assembly of high-end pre-built units such as saunas and custom shelving.
Ability to read and interpret "as-built" redlines for electrical, drainage, and landscaping systems.
Proficiency in using construction management software (BuilderTrend) and digital documentation tools (Adobe).
Full-service construction experience within the luxury residential market.
Basic welding skills for specialized on-site adjustments.
Demonstrated experience in customer service, specifically regarding warranty and year-end service management.
Bi-weekly pay cycle with lucrative project-based and referral bonuses.
Company-provided vehicle with a fuel and maintenance credit card.
$420 monthly Health Insurance allowance (after 90 days).
