In this role, you will support donor engagement, financial processing, and data operations that ensure smooth and accurate fundraising activities across the organization.

• Serve as the primary contact for donor inquiries via phone and email, delivering responsive and professional support
• Manage donor acknowledgments, tribute communications, and pledge reminders to ensure timely stewardship
• Process and track incoming donations across multiple channels, including checks, wires, stock, online gifts, and donor-advised funds
• Partner with finance teams to reconcile contributions and ensure accurate coding, reporting, and documentation
• Maintain and update donor records in Salesforce, including gift entry and engagement activity tracking
• Run reports, conduct data audits, and support campaign list management to ensure data accuracy and system integrity
• Assist with fundraising events and campaigns by supporting backend logistics, reporting, and coordination
• Handle special projects and administrative tasks to support broader campaign and donor services functions

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 2 years of professional experience or relevant internships
• Strong interest in fundraising, nonprofit work, or donor relations
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
• Collaborative attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in fundraising, customer service, or data-focused roles is a plus
