This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity expertise and customer enablement, focusing on building impactful learning experiences for global audiences. You will design and deliver advanced technical training programs that help customers effectively use threat intelligence solutions in real-world scenarios. Operating in a highly collaborative and fast-evolving environment, you will shape curricula, create hands-on labs and simulations, and continuously improve learning outcomes based on feedback and analytics. The position offers strong autonomy, allowing you to influence training strategy while working closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams. You will also mentor junior trainers and contribute to the growth of a global learning community. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving advanced cybersecurity training programs for global customers. You will build structured, engaging, and hands-on learning experiences aligned with real-world threat intelligence use cases.

• Design and deliver live and virtual cybersecurity training sessions for diverse global audiences
• Develop curriculum content including labs, simulations, and practical exercises such as CTF-style challenges
• Act as a subject matter expert in threat intelligence, cyber defense frameworks, and adversary analysis
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure training reflects evolving capabilities
• Mentor and guide junior trainers and support partner training enablement initiatives
• Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, analytics, and performance metrics
• Contribute to continuous curriculum improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization

This role requires strong cybersecurity knowledge combined with proven experience in technical training, instructional design, and stakeholder engagement. You should be confident working independently while influencing learning strategy in a global environment.

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technical training, or customer enablement roles
• Strong understanding of threat intelligence concepts, MITRE ATT&CK, and cyber defense methodologies
• Experience designing and delivering technical training for external or enterprise customers
• Ability to build interactive, hands-on learning environments and labs
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across virtual and live settings
• Familiarity with learning analytics and measuring training effectiveness
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or equivalent preferred
• Exposure to modern learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia, LMS platforms) is an advantage
