You will support and evolve a critical business systems landscape that spans financial operations, reporting, and cross-platform integrations. Acting as both a technical expert and functional partner, you will help optimize processes, improve data flows, and enable smarter decision-making across teams. You will work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable system solutions. You will be responsible for the configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the NetSuite ERP ecosystem, ensuring it supports evolving business needs and financial operations. You will design, maintain, and enhance integrations, workflows, and automation to improve efficiency and data accuracy across systems.

• Configure and maintain NetSuite functionalities, including workflows, customizations, roles, forms, and reporting to support business requirements
• Develop and manage integrations, automation workflows, and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and data integrity
• Support financial processes including Order-to-Cash (O2C), reporting, and financial planning insights in collaboration with FP&A teams
• Troubleshoot system issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement effective long-term solutions
• Lead system releases, testing cycles, upgrades, and rollout of new NetSuite features
• Act as a technical liaison with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance
• Provide ongoing user support, training, and documentation to improve system adoption and effectiveness

This role requires strong hands-on NetSuite experience combined with solid technical development skills and a deep understanding of financial systems. You should be comfortable operating in dynamic environments where priorities evolve quickly and collaboration is essential.

• 3–5 years of experience working with NetSuite in configuration, customization, integration, and support roles
• Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP-driven business operations
• Experience with system integrations using APIs and middleware solutions
• Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and advanced Excel functions
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable system solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, agile environments
• NetSuite certification and/or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
