This role is ideal for a detail-oriented testing professional who enjoys ensuring software quality before production release in a fast-paced telecom environment. You will be responsible for validating business requirements through structured UAT and functional testing activities, working closely with business stakeholders and development teams. The position involves hands-on execution across UI, database, and functional testing, ensuring that delivered solutions meet expected quality standards. You will also contribute to telecom roaming configuration activities aligned with global GSMA standards, making the role both technical and domain-focused. Working in an office-based setup, you will support customer-facing systems and critical inter-carrier processes. This is a collaborative environment where accuracy, accountability, and communication are key to success.

In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of software and telecom roaming configurations by executing structured testing and supporting end-to-end UAT activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate business requirements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

• Execute end-to-end functional testing, UI testing, database testing, and UAT support activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to validate requirements and ensure solution alignment.
• Ensure test scenarios and fixes meet business expectations before final sign-off.
• Support telecom roaming agreement configuration and update data according to GSMA standards.
• Assist in client setup implementation and coordination activities for new systems.
• Manage and resolve customer tickets while maintaining quality and SLA adherence.
• Track and ensure timely completion of UAT cycles within project timelines.
• Work independently while coordinating effectively within cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has foundational experience in testing or telecom environments and strong analytical and communication skills. You are comfortable working with data, systems, and stakeholders in a structured delivery environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) or equivalent qualification.
• 0–1 year of experience in software testing, QA, or customer support (telecom billing exposure is a plus).
• Basic understanding of functional testing and test data management.
• Familiarity with Linux and Oracle SQL is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
