This role sits at the intersection of global program delivery, healthcare economics, and diagnostic innovation, driving high-impact initiatives that shape how advanced molecular diagnostic solutions reach and serve patients worldwide. You will lead complex, cross-functional Value & Access programs spanning Market Access and Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), ensuring disciplined execution across global stakeholders. Acting as a central orchestrator, you will connect teams across Finance, Commercial, Medical, Analytics, and regional functions to align strategy with execution. The role requires strong analytical rigor, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple interdependent workstreams in a regulated, data-driven environment. You will contribute directly to improving healthcare outcomes by enabling scalable access to life-saving diagnostic technologies while working within a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Lead global Value & Access initiatives across Market Access and HEOR, ensuring alignment and execution across cross-functional stakeholders
- Define program scope, timelines, ownership structures, dependencies, risks, and decision frameworks for complex initiatives
- Drive execution discipline across multiple concurrent projects in collaboration with Finance, Commercial, Medical, and regional teams
- Manage financial governance activities including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and variance analysis for strategic programs
- Establish and maintain operating rhythms, governance structures, and standard work to ensure scalable and transparent execution
- Identify risks early, facilitate issue resolution, and support data-driven decision-making across all program phases
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean and enterprise operating systems, to enhance efficiency and outcomes
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment across global stakeholders to support successful program delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in a related field
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional, global programs in regulated or data-driven environments
- Strong track record of end-to-end project ownership from planning through execution and delivery
- Experience working closely with Finance teams on budgeting, cost tracking, and financial governance
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage interdependencies, risks, and competing priorities
- Experience applying structured continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or similar operating systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to approximately 15%
