This role is focused on driving field sales performance, strengthening retail execution, and ensuring strong brand visibility across assigned territories. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, optimizing product placement, and executing promotional activities that drive sell-through and customer engagement. The position plays a key role in ensuring product availability, improving in-store execution, and supporting revenue growth through effective sales strategies. You will work closely with distribution partners and retail outlets to implement merchandising standards and promotional campaigns. Accountabilities
  • Execute field sales activities to achieve sales targets and ensure strong product presence across assigned retail outlets.
  • Drive in-store execution including merchandising, shelf placement, and visibility enhancement to maximize brand impact.
  • Implement and monitor promotional campaigns and trade marketing initiatives at the ground level.
  • Manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners to strengthen business growth.
  • Ensure product availability and optimize stock levels across key retail points.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to support sales strategy adjustments.
  • Report daily field activities, sales performance, and market insights to management.
  • Support execution of new product launches and promotional activations in the market.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, retail operations, and distribution networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills in a retail environment.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to market trends and sales performance indicators.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in field-based roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple retail accounts.
