This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers in a growing service-focused business operating in the excavation, septic, and sewer industry. You will play a central role in ensuring smooth day-to-day customer interactions, from answering inbound calls to coordinating appointments and managing scheduling logistics. The position requires strong communication skills, particularly in spoken English, and the ability to confidently engage with U.S.-based customers in a professional and friendly manner. You will contribute directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely follow-ups. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and operational teams.
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally, providing clear and courteous communication
- Schedule service appointments and manage calendars with accuracy and efficiency
- Make outbound calls for confirmations, follow-ups, and appointment coordination
- Record detailed and accurate customer information, messages, and scheduling updates
- Ensure clear communication of service timelines, expectations, and appointment details
- Maintain organized customer records and support administrative coordination tasks
- Follow internal procedures, scripts, and systems consistently to ensure service quality
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining responsiveness and organization
- Represent the company with professionalism, positivity, and a customer-first mindset
You are a detail-oriented and dependable communicator with strong spoken English and the ability to manage customer interactions in a structured, remote environment.
- Excellent spoken and conversational English (essential requirement)

- Monthly salary range: $1,200 – $2,080 USD
- Fully remote full-time position
