Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) – Westchester County, NY
$55/Hour or $125 Per Visit | Flexible Scheduling | Immediate Opportunities

Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
• Complete assessments, monitoring, and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
Qualifications:
• Active New York State RN license
• Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience required
(ICU, Med-Surg, or Emergency Department preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Home care experience and driver’s license preferred
Health Requirements:
• Physical exam within 1 year
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
• MMR immunizations within 10 years
