DRM, Inc. is currently seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the Vice President of Marketing at our Corporate Office in Omaha, NE.
DRM owns and operates 118 Arby's restaurants across the Midwest, along with one Buffalo Wild Wings Go (BWWGO) location in Omaha. We are a growing, people-focused organization that values strong culture, operational excellence, and community engagement.

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives and supporting internal and external communications. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and collaborate across teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clearly communicate marketing programs and procedures to restaurant teams via designing weekly updates, monthly promotional marketing updates, intranet, newsletter and related communications.
- Act as the main support contact for all marketing related questions, comments and concerns from 118 restaurants. Including but not limited to answering questions, solving merchandising issues and redirecting to correct contacts.
- Use Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva to create additional marketing materials within Arby's Brand Guidelines and as needed. Work with vendors to print and distribute to 118 restaurants; menus, coupons, billboards, display ads, register inserts, table clings and other in-store merchandising elements.
- Order, maintain and track all menu merchandising materials through an online ordering system.
- Use Adobe InDesign to maintain menu board layouts to instruct the operations teams.
- Assist and execute new store opening events from start to finish including all pre-planning marketing promotions, travel and on-site grand opening event management.
- Assist and execute event planning for office or leadership events. Includes creation of office fun schedule to enhance company culture.
- Utilize creative thinking to identify and explore opportunities for expansion into new distribution channels, new target markets, new local store marketing and promotional ideas.
- Manage and process donation and sponsorship requests.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Associates or Bachelors in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
- 1 year experience in a related marketing role or internship is preferred but not required. Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in the use of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva and Microsoft Office programs.
- Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized; handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with operations and the public.
- Demonstrate conceptual thinking, problem solving, creativity, initiative and drive.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and desire to work independently as well as with a variety of personalities.
- Must have strong analytic skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Knowledge of and related experience in marketing procedures, products and methods is a plus.
- Ability to lift, organize and carry promotional products to prepare for shipment.
- Ability to travel as needed to support marketing promotions and new store openings. (1-15% travel)
