💉 About the Role

We're hiring for one full-time position - and open to either:

• A licensed RN who is passionate about injectables and ready to focus exclusively on delivering outstanding aesthetic treatments
• A licensed NP who wants the best of both worlds — performing injectable treatments and providing wellness services including hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptide therapy, and medically guided weight loss

Whichever path fits you, you'll be building meaningful, lasting relationships with clients — helping them feel confident, empowered, and cared for.

No prior aesthetics or wellness experience required. We'll equip you with everything you need to thrive.

💼 Injector Responsibilities (All Candidates)

• Conduct client consultations and assessments
• Perform Botox and dermal filler treatments with skill and care
• Provide thorough education on procedures and aftercare
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and records
• Collaborate with clinical and spa teams to deliver outstanding outcomes

💊 Additional Wellness Responsibilities (NP Candidates Only)

• Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations and review labs
• Assess and manage patients pursuing hormone therapy and medical weight loss
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals
• Prescribe and manage HRT, peptides, and weight loss protocols per Texas state guidelines
• Educate clients on lifestyle, nutrition, and sustainable wellness habits

📋 Qualifications

• Active RN or NP license in the state of Texas (required)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor, client empathy, and a drive for excellence
• Interest or experience in aesthetics, hormone optimization, peptides, or medical weight loss (preferred but not required)

🗓️ Schedule & Location

• Full-time, 36–40 hours/week
• Mix of 8 and 10-hour shifts on weekdays
• Every other Saturday, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• In-person position — candidates must be based in or near Georgetown, TX
