Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Full Time/Year Round work. Our on call is 1 week every 2 weeks.

  • PAY: $19.00 - $22.00/HR

What we are hoping for:
  • 2+ years experience in maintenance, including 1+ years in multi-family housing
  • HVAC or EPA Certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • CPO Certification preferred
  • Drywalling including painting and carpentry
