HVAC Comfort Consultant

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Present products and services clearly, including system benefits, warranties, and financing options.
• Generate and follow up on leads from various sources, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure accurate project execution.
• Stay up to date on HVAC technologies, product offerings, and industry trends.
• Accurately complete sales documentation, proposals, and all other required documentation.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• 2-3 years of sales experience.
• Industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Clean background check.
• Proficient with service software (e.g., Service Titan).
