Project Manager, Business Operations at Cross Street Real Estate LLC – Chicago, Illinois

Position Overview:

Cross Street is seeking a highly organized and driven professional to lead the onboarding/offboarding and integration of new properties across management and leasing platforms. This individual will own the transition process from contract execution through full operational launch, ensuring all teams are aligned, accountable, and executing on time.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of new properties and clients, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule

· Own and manage transitions workflows within the company’s project management system, including task assignment and tracking

· Coordinate across property management, leasing, accounting, marketing, systems, and leadership teams

· Identify risks or bottlenecks and take action to maintain project momentum

· Develop and improve standardized project plans, templates, and onboarding processes

· Build and refine SOPs and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency

· Schedule and lead transitions meetings and ensure follow-through on action items

· Provide clear and consistent updates to leadership on project status

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in project management & operations

· Excellent technological / project management software skills

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to drive accountability and influence outcomes across teams

Preferred Experience: Experience in real estate, property management, construction, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
