• Honor families by expertly preparing graveside services—dig, close, set tents & chairs with precision and care.
• Preserve legacies by opening/closing mausoleum vaults and installing markers & headstones.
• Keep sacred grounds beautiful through mowing, trimming, and seasonal landscaping.
• Maintain our fleet & tools—light equipment upkeep (training provided).
• Support facilities—general care of offices, mausoleums, and chapels.

• Physically capable: Lift 80 lbs. frequently; work outdoors in all weather.
• Reliable & respectful: Clean driving record, passes background check, 18+.
• Team player who can work solo: Follows direction, takes initiative.
• Quick learner: Equipment training provided (backhoe, skid-steer, mowers).

Preferred (Not Required):

• 1 year construction or grounds experience
• High school diploma/GED

• No layoffs in 20+ years – recession-proof mission.
