The Senior Manager, Brand Content Marketing will lead the strategy and execution of product-focused content that drives engagement, awareness, and growth. This role involves shaping compelling narratives across multiple channels, translating complex product features into clear, customer-focused messaging. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and external agencies, to produce high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences. Success in this role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining brand consistency.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product content strategy aligned with business goals and product roadmaps.
  • Lead creation of engaging content across blogs, guides, videos, case studies, webinars, and other formats to support launches and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers to simplify complex features into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Partner with internal design teams and manage external agencies to ensure visually engaging, high-quality content.
  • Track and analyze content performance, using insights to optimize reach, engagement, and impact.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscapes to ensure content remains innovative and relevant.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field, preferably in fintech or technology sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective content strategies with a user-first approach.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong project management experience, leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.
  • Keen eye for design and understanding of how visuals enhance messaging.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using metrics and data to inform content decisions.
