POSITION SUMMARY:

The Front Line Team Members will exceed Member and Guest expectations by providing quick and friendly service while vacuuming, wiping down vehicles and cleaning windows.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Retain and create new Member/Guest relations
• Promote new Memberships/Fast Passes and special offers
• Vacuum vehicles: floor mats, carpet, between and under seats, back window area, ashtrays, cup holders
• Wipe down the exterior and interior of vehicles, including door jambs
• Apply spray wax and tire dressing
• Clean interior and exterior windows
• Communicate to the Manager any situation, problem or accident
• Clean facilities, equipment and bathrooms
• If proper training has been given, assist Detail Employees when needed and Front Line is slow

PREREQUISITES:

• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work in awkward postures
• Ability to multitask
