- Define and execute multi-team product and AI strategies, guiding the long-term vision for autonomous customer service solutions
- Stay at the forefront of AI technologies, including LLMs, voice AI, evaluation frameworks, and agentic architectures, and advise on build, partner, or integration strategies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from conception through execution, collaborating with engineering, AI/ML, design, and go-to-market teams
- Conduct customer and market research, engaging directly with clients and industry leaders to inform strategic product decisions
- Establish and monitor company-wide product metrics such as accuracy, containment, task success, latency, CSAT, and cost efficiency
- Communicate vision and product strategy clearly across teams, executives, customers, and board-level audiences
- Mentor and elevate product management talent, driving hiring, coaching, and development of senior team members
- 8+ years of product management experience, including AI/ML, voice AI, conversational AI, or technically complex enterprise platforms
- Deep technical fluency in AI/ML, with understanding of LLMs, model capabilities, architecture decisions, and AI agent development; experience with prompt engineering, RAG, or fine-tuning a plus
- Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable results
- Demonstrated success building AI-powered products shipped to production with tangible enterprise value
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences, including executives and enterprise clients
- Strong quantitative skills and experience defining metrics, analyzing data, and publishing dashboards
- Experience engaging directly with customers to translate insights into product strategy
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments where technology and customer needs rapidly change
- Nice to have: experience with voice AI, speech recognition, real-time conversational systems, contact center technology, B2B SaaS, coding proficiency, or MBA
