- Drive business development efforts by originating and expanding vendor financing programs with equipment manufacturers, dealers, and distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients, acting as a trusted advisor for financing solutions
- Manage the full transaction lifecycle, from initial application through underwriting support to funding and post-sale follow-up
- Structure and present customized financing options tailored to various types of equipment and customer needs
- Negotiate lease terms, pricing, and deal structures to ensure competitive and profitable outcomes
- Generate new business through outbound outreach, marketing initiatives, and relationship-building activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate credit approvals, documentation, and timely funding of transactions
- Monitor account performance, ensure high service levels, and identify opportunities for growth within existing portfolios
- Proven experience in equipment finance, leasing, or a related financial services sales environment
- Strong track record in originating vendor finance programs and developing strategic partnerships
- Experience managing full-cycle sales processes, including prospecting, structuring, negotiation, and closing
- Solid understanding of credit processes, underwriting requirements, and financial product structuring
- Excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
